“P-SOFT” is a leading privately held company dedicated to providing disaster recovery, claims management and IT solutions primarily for government clients at the Federal, State and local levels utilizing FEMA, HUD and HHS funds. In August 2018, Backcast provided $20 million in senior secured notes with warrants allowing the Company to grow its existing platform, expand its cyber security and healthcare ventures and provide critical services necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Backcast fully realized its investment in November 2021.
